“KINOJE”
The word means “Pike” in the Ojibwe language and the pike fish has great significance in Kenosha. I am so happy to have worked with Karim Jabbari, Francisco Loyola, and the Kenosha Creative Space on this project and hopefully it will spark a new street art movement in this beautiful city. Once again, a huge thank you to Hallman Lindsay Paints for sponsoring me and for their consistent friendliness and generosity.
If colors could give people a hug, this would be it.
Thanks to everyone who passed by and to everyone who jumped up on the lift with me to see what it’s like from my perspective.
